Terms of Service

1. User Accounts

To use EduBridge, you must create an account. Each user must provide accurate information, and you agree to keep your account information up to date.

Each user is initially registered as a student. To become a tutor, you must submit a form to admins, and upon approval, you can start publishing courses.

2. Course Publishing and Enrollment

As a tutor, you can publish courses and select time slots and groups. Once a group is closed for enrollment, you are responsible for sharing teaching materials and meeting links in the group chat.

As a student, you can browse courses and select groups to enroll in. You may also review courses and tutors after completing them.

3. Reviews and Feedback

After completing a course, students have the ability to leave reviews for the course and the tutor. Reviews must be respectful and constructive.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or spamming.

Any violations of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published on EduBridge, including but not limited to courses, materials, and platform design, is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe upon these rights.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

EduBridge is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the platform, including issues with course content or communication between tutors and students.

EduBridge does not guarantee that students will successfully complete courses or that tutors will always be available for specific time slots.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to the Terms

EduBridge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform.
